Nice and grapey like Chianti. Very dark in color. Has a bit of a hickory scent to it, with sweetness. Acidity is pretty pretty prevelent and tannins are very forward. Tad bit of cayenne pepper in the taste. Overall very drinkable and different than what I typcially pick. — 8 years ago

Very peachy, crisp with a nice balance of honeysuckle/sweetness. Not acidic, but there is a little butteryness and that characteristic leoness oak. There is a slight bleach and other cleaning product odor to it, but not in a bad way...it kind of adds to the crisp/clean feel. Very nice for a warm afternoon! — 9 years ago
Smells of a berry (raspberry?) with a hint of bubble gum. Tastes strongly of cola with green/vegetal flavor and pepper backboke. Good balance between the tannins, acidity, and sweetness. — 8 years ago

This will do well with age. Very tannic the first day open and softened a lot over night. Full bodied, heavy tannins, peppery, and jammy with low acidity. — 8 years ago
