Bouquet is giving off alcohol more than anything and it is not specific with its aromatic profile. Lacks mid palate fruit and finishes with a strong heated finish from the alcohol. No balance, not something I’d recommend.

Nice and grapey like Chianti. Very dark in color. Has a bit of a hickory scent to it, with sweetness. Acidity is pretty pretty prevelent and tannins are very forward. Tad bit of cayenne pepper in the taste. Overall very drinkable and different than what I typcially pick.
