Great 1er Cru Chablis! Creamy up front with a biting acidity at the finish. Lemon and lime flavors with a distinct minerality at the end. Very tasty. — 9 years ago
Good price and easy to drink sparkling. Off-dry at 1.4% residual sugar. Light fruitiness and very refreshing. Pinot blanc, Riesling, and Muscat blend. — 9 years ago
Seriously one of my favorite wines at Coppola's. 100% Petite Sirah port-style wine. Tastes like a chocolate covered berry with no syrupy flavor. Really retains its fruitiness. Pair this with dark chocolate or bleu cheese!! — 9 years ago
Great Chablis village wine. Bright acidity with a slight creaminess. Multilayered flavors with green apple up front and a lemon/lime finish. — 9 years ago
Great nose with marshmallow, cherry, and pepper. Not my favorite palate. Acidic with tastes of cherry pits, cranberry, and a leafy green vegetal quality at the finish. Definitely some minerality at the end. Drinkable, but not my favorite. — 9 years ago
Very smooth, fruit-forward Pinot Noir. Single-vineyard from Dutton Ranch so incredible quality grapes. Nice acidity with strawberry, cranberry, and pomegranate. Creamy mouthfeel with a hint of black licorice at the finish. Really tasty! — 9 years ago
I enjoyed this Beaujolais a lot more. Fuller in body and tasty tart cherry flavor. Aromas of burnt sugar and baked berries. Little bit of pepper spice and a chalky minerality at the finish. — 9 years ago
My favorite white wine from Coppola's! 100% Viognier, single-vineyard. Fully stainless steel so nice and crisp. Tropical fruit flavors up front of pineapple, green apple, with a little mango and guava. Very refreshing! Chill this one and enjoy it on its own. — 9 years ago
Tasty but robust red blend. Cab/Syrah blend from grapes sourced from Sonoma and Napa. Dark fruit flavor up front of plum and black cherries with a nice peppery finish. Great with lasagna or Italian in general. — 9 years ago
