Probably my favorite Rosso di Montalcino I've had, has enough of the chutzpah of a Brunello to make it worth the squeeze — 22 days ago
Really well crafted Zinfandel-based blend, clearly reads as Zin without being too overbearingly fruity or jammy. Finish has a lot of nice subtle complexity — 22 days ago
One of my favorite Pinots I've had recently, strikes a perfect balance between a California style Pinot and Burgundian Pinot — 8 days ago
Really nice & pretty floral/fruity nose & palate, very enjoyable to drink overall but just becomes a bit one note for me after a while — 22 days ago

Simultaneously subtle but rich and deep, this doesn't explode on the palate but gives you a lot to think about and discover. A bit more in your face richness would have been a welcome addition for me, but still a nice pour nonetheless. A nice translucent ruby, tart cherries come through most on the nose and translate to the palate, where they're joined by subtle dark fruit notes and toasty barrel char — a day ago
