Château Margaux
Pavillon Rouge Margaux Red Bordeaux Blend 1995
Surprising fruit for its age. A bit of brettanomyces but not over powering. Full acid throws the balance off a bit.
Very enjoyable. Despite age, lot of fruit on palate. Solid acidity. Accompanied by pork meatballs and a fussilly lamb ragu.
