Wonderful, great with sunset magazine January 2017 issue, braised short ribs with pear, ginger, star anise. Holds up with good acidity, tannins to match the robust sauce. — 8 years ago

Slow to open, improved after an hour. Next time I’ll decant. Wonderful fruit, tannins softened but enjoyable Nebbiolo with smoked duck and Gouda cheese and mushroom focaccia. — 5 years ago
