Had this at a 7 course Cento Pasta Pop up that consisted of various dishes consisting of beet , Uni to lamb pastas. The popup was at Simbal a Vietnamese restaurant which as devoid of Italians but this Lone Siciilian was up for the challenge. bold but not overly fruity with just the right amount of acid to keep things interesting throughout the meal. For $20 in the streets, I'd certainly purchase it again! — 9 years ago
