Another great bottle of old ceretto. From magnum, my understanding is this is not a top vintage in Piedmont, which showed in somewhat lack of concentration but still subtle earth and clear la morra softness and velvet. — 3 days ago
Better than the 09 but still felt closed — 8 days ago
Maybe just a tad tired in the finish. Very Chablis like. Put a cup of it in my bolognese and it turned out great. I think Ceritas makes a more chinseled longer lasting version — 6 days ago
Fantastic, magical bottle. I drank probably half of a case of the straight Beaujolais from this vintage on release and loved it. Then I’ve drunk the fleurie from various degrees of age over the years and nearly every bottle was a dud — just bland generic natural wine.
this has all the magic I remember but with the soft sous bois that comes with age. Still a pass at the current price but a great wine — 10 days ago
Broad and maybe a touch clunky at this juncture, but plenty of energy just the ripe fruit may be drying — 3 days ago
Great showing. Despite being “early drinking”, 11s in the northern rhone continue to drink well — 8 days ago
Hot and disjointed. The good stuff hiding behind the acid and structure — 8 days ago
