Le Mont Sec Vouvray Chenin Blanc

In magnum—a little more advanced in this size than expected but we killed it no problem.

Always incredible.

Year-end dinner with great friends at one of our favorite wine bars.

Clean acidity with some hints of honeyed apricot. I love the Sec cuvée as it’s not too sweet. Paired well with a heavy does of clams, fish egg, abalone etc.

Oily, lemon zest tart, full-bodied, like my prom date...

Maybe too oxidized some sherry aromas but blew off and good acid
