New Zealand style Sav Blanc. A lot of grapefruit and gooseberry on the palate. Very aromatic on the nose with hints of grassiness. Very crisp and perfect oyster wine. — 7 years ago
An Oaked Chardonnay with a lot of green apple, mild tannins, and a good amount of oak on the palate but nothing like a California Chardonnay — 7 years ago
This wine is made in a Cru Beaujolais style. So you can't expect a crazy amount of tannins due to this style being aged in a stainless tank. Due to carbonic maceration, I find this wine with an overwhelming amount of strawberry on the nose. A lot of bright red fruit on the palate such as black cherry, Raspberry, a slightly underripe plum. It is wonderful chilled on a hot summer day. — 7 years ago

My favorite Phelps Creek Pinot. Very smooth and longer finish wine with slight hints of oak on the finish. A bit of spice while still showing good amounts of dark red fruit. — 7 years ago
