Jul 17th, 2015This wine is made in a Cru Beaujolais style. So you can't expect a crazy amount of tannins due to this style being aged in a stainless tank. Due to carbonic maceration, I find this wine with an overwhelming amount of strawberry on the nose. A lot of bright red fruit on the palate such as black cherry, Raspberry, a slightly underripe plum. It is wonderful chilled on a hot summer day.
