previous review said sour, don’t think so: tannic but not overly so. georguan lechkumi tsolikouri, more white than orange, mildly dry, just enough tannins to balance. would repeat. label says no sulphur, another part of the lablel says sulphur, i bet no sulfur. but natural fermentation? maybe. if so, well done, few cojoiners. no funk. — 3 years ago

reasonable value for 1.3 jacksons. not very qvevri in the mouth. no hint of wild bugs giving it a go with their odd smells, methyls, or acetic tones. not much in the way of sediment. but very smooth, professional, velvety. tastes like a rhone-ish who took on some velvet b/c of his big parker friends. would be fine at a dinner party. a very competent dry wine. hint of tannins at the end to remind you it was qvevri. — 3 years ago
Cherry on top, dry, pleasant tannin, would consider buying again. — 3 years ago
Garbage for the price; I was conned. US importer is Brazos, seller was Whole Foods. Avoid. — 2 years ago
straight ahead amber, great intro to the type. i wouldn’t call it 9-ish, because it pulls back on some of the fantastic curves trad orange wines have. but absolutely nothing to dislike, and is a great wine for people unfamiliar with amber/on-the-stems wine. gateway drug. will repeat. often. — 3 years ago
Very good light orange, has the right note of funky on open for a natural ferment, light tannin, less than many qvevri wines. Khikhvi grape. Not sweet, of course, but not super dry/fruity either. Will repeat. — 3 years ago

mechanically big/“parker-esque” & head-ache inducing. nothing off, but won’t be buying again. — 4 months ago
