A unique cab, lighter than anything I’ve had yet still had good body and complexity and some fruit. Delicious and drinkable but with sophistication. Had with peppercorn encrusted filet mignon, would have been a better match without the pepper — 7 years ago

Delicious and smooth but with depth. A nice Merlot that pairs well with strip steak. Discounted and another 15% volume at NH State made it $17. As good as it gets at that price and worthy of Saturday dinner. — 9 years ago
