dark brooding wine with many layers of savoury elements. Great dusty tannins that seem to transverse the dark fruit into that savoury world. 2008 must have been recorked as it was brand new. — 9 years ago
Great wine, balanced fruit, savoury notes and awesome rustic texture. Shame I had to share it. — 9 years ago
A really well made wine with citrus and some riper fruit elements. Oak use was minimal, but I feel this was without a style? It's a safe good drinking chardy without anything interesting. At $47 I want more. — 9 years ago
Pear, spice, melon, palate is round. Very nice wine, shame the bottle emptied. — 8 years ago
Bright, fresh almost pretty example of a well made, early drinking crozes-hermitage. Red fruits, violet, spice, great spice line. Palate is succulent and full of flavour. Great drinking. — 9 years ago
Beautifully expressive wine. Intense violets with a barrage of red and black fruits. Wonderful minimal use of oak. The palate has been left alone with some nice texture and a long finish. Great to see a screw cap, do it on the Barolo as well please :) — 9 years ago
Corked. That's shit. Can you return my money? — 8 years ago
Toasty, marmalade, touch of vegemite with lashings of stone fruit. Complex, fresh. Palate is amazing. Shame I shared it with the staff. Awesome as always — 9 years ago
Crazy floral white petal, herbal funky solids skins edge. Honeyed complexity textured drying finish. Really interesting wine, worth a bottle — 9 years ago

A very youthful example of a warm vintage Barolo. Classic tar, roses, cold tea, cherry, subtle spice aromatics, palate has the firm tannins and taught acid structure as expected. Cracking wine, still a baby. — 8 years ago
