Toasty, marmalade, touch of vegemite with lashings of stone fruit. Complex, fresh. Palate is amazing. Shame I shared it with the staff. Awesome as always

Pretty deep salmon pink . On the nose nice red fruits at first , strawberry , raspberry , red currant and rose . On the palate quite strict acidity but fills out nicely mirroring the fruits on the nose , redcurrant , strawberry , with a creamy texture. Reasonable length, with just a hint of bitterness from the touch of tannin present , but there is admirable balance here. This needs a bit of food , and could age a little further , so from now and over the next 3-5 years
