2000. Perhaps unsurprisingly classy stuff for a bourg rouge of this age. Textural pleasure more than anything else.
Proper mature Pinot with a bit of earth but still a core of red fruit. I guess fairly pricey for what it is, but very lovely stuff — 9 years ago
Astonishingly good as ever. Intensity of grand cru burg, beautiful combination of weight and elegance. Really long finish. Magic stuff. — 9 years ago
Real hit for $23. Beautifully balanced, rich texture but savory flavours. Good long finish. Really classy. Tasted blind, thought it was pretty good white burg. — 9 years ago
2010. Impressive enough but still a bit young. Pretty meaty, beefy flavours. Would like the texture to settle down a bit and gain some elegance. — 9 years ago
1999. Slightly underwhelming. Nice stuff, earth and meat on the nose, relatively light body, bit of a smoky finish, but not that long. If blind I would have had this as something more humble. — 9 years ago
Not bad but not my style. Dark and quite rich. Black pepper spice and licorice. Damsons — 9 years ago
V lovely. Deep and soft with an element of richness yet still a bit of classic BDX cedary pencil shaving lurking... — 9 years ago
2013. Beautiful. Not oozing complexity but otherwise just as Pinot should be. Elegant, performed strawberry and red cherry. €18 direct from producer, couldn't ask for more. — 9 years ago
Nice clear pinot colour and clean bright fruit nose. Red cherry and also something darker, perhaps damson, but remains floral rather than really dark and plummy. Feels light and carries 14% well, just expressed with strawberry and peppers at the end. There's a richness to this all the way through that I have to be in the mood for, but beautifully made wine. — 9 years ago

Great value $36 in restaurant. Fresh citrus, salty tang, but with body. Sort of slightly spicy ginger note. Lovely with both oysters and crab — 9 years ago
