Lovely evening with family and friends. And this guy. Green apple stone and nuts to the nose. Green apple melon, almonds grass and granite to the palate. Thin and slightly watery with a med plus finish. Nice and refreshing. — 6 years ago

This lovely specimen comes out of the bottle with a beautiful golden hue, nice viscosity and lovely nose of pear, green apple and straw. Taste comes on strong with pears, green apples lemon grass and dry straw...just a hint of oak on the back end and buttery throughout. Med plus finish.. very lovely... — 6 years ago

Lovely evening with very lovely dinner guests...this guy the second of two different bottles enjoyed this evening. Right out of the gate showed strong dark fruit especially plum to the nose...on the palate strong blueberry, plums slight pepper a bit a leather. Med plus finish and very delicious. — 6 years ago

Beautiful late summer evening and a delicious meal shared with this guy...decanted for an hour of so and expressing a very fruit forward nose with pipe tobacco elements. To the palate we have dark plum and cherry followed by more pipe tobacco and licorice. Mild tannins and med finish. Drink now as I do not believe it could stand up to any real aging... nice though. — 6 years ago

Beautiful late summer evening, beautiful budget offering from a great house... dark rich color in the glass, light viscosity. The nose comes on strong of plum, black berries vanilla. Heavy dark fruit to the front palate. Creamy vanilla and tobacco through the middle. Med finish but lovely throughout. — 6 years ago

A most lovely evening with amazing dinner guests...and this guy the first of two different bottles. .right up front the nose was fruity with cherry strawberries and slight acetone. To the palate super ripe cherry, strawberry slightly peppery with a med plus finish. For the price point of this guy is an excellent value on a chateauneuf de pape.. — 6 years ago

Lovely excuse for a very late night bottle. Lovely marigold color with med viscosity. Buttery pear flower pollen. To the palate pear, citrus, white peach to the front, cream, flint shale to the back. Med finish and oh sooo refreshing. — 6 years ago

Beautiful evening with the loved ones and this guy out of Spain. Interesting blend of grenache merlot syrah and carignan.. heavy cedar and leather to the nose. Plum blueberry cedar leathers and dust to the palate. A very bit hot ... HOT!!! With almost 15 percent alcohol content. Med plus finish but hot. — 6 years ago
