Been wine tasting all day 'errday for the last fortnight in Margaret River and Great Southern wine regions, and this is my absolute fave red of the trip. The perfect temperate-climate Shiraz/ Syrah. I get cherries on the nose and all sorts of exquisite berries on the palette. The perfect hint of savoury at the end, but definitely favours fruit over spice. A hit accompanied with dark chocolate. — 9 years ago
Very much enjoyed this. A sav Blanc grape, aged in oak. So it's light and zesty, but botanical (pines) rather than fruity acidic. Would be lovely with a chicken terrine. — 9 years ago
Beautifully balanced wood with fruit. Subtle pears. Quite round through the front and back. — 9 years ago
Complex. Keeps talking to you. Cinnamon and ash on both nose and palette. — 9 years ago
For $20 a bottle, it's a good value drop. Best bit is the nose - lots of cherries and blueberry. Simple taste, but balanced fruit versus spice. Doesn't pretend to be anything it's not. Drink now. — 9 years ago

Lovely fruity nose, straight out of the bottle. Round at the front and just a touch sharp at the back. Very pleasant drinking indeed. — 9 years ago
