Low to medium bodied and soft on tannins, however that doesn't crutch the flavor. Wonderful Cabernet, not as dry as the ones found in California, reminds me of something more towards Oregon or Columbia Valley. Fruitful nose, blackberry and raspberry smell is very prevalent. Finish is oaky yet not too dry. I do have a soft spot in my palette for Coppola wines. — 10 years ago
The nose is wet and not as dry as a California wine. Color is a vibrant and light red, very fruity smell reminding me of strawberries or raspberries freshly picked with a light note of French oak afterwards. The taste is as light as the color mostly consisting of fruits and a classic Pinot noir. So far, so good. — 10 years ago
Not the best, not the worst. — 10 years ago
Bold smell and a similar color. The nose is a little intense, filled with oak flavors, berries, and the dryness of California climate found in most Coppola wines. Medium bodied, you can distinctly taste every grape blended together bringing about the finish which is very smooth and wet. Overall a decent table wine and nothing less I expect from Coppola. — 10 years ago
Hunter Vale
A little too sweet for my liking, decent however and a nice bottle to start off with while cooking dinner. — 9 years ago
