Sonoma/ Dry Creek Valley. Smells masculine, mint of the bottom,medicinal a little underarm. Taste: old world, a little funk, a young wine with a earthy stile and a little bitter tannin... but won't lay down well. "I only drink Italian wine and she only likes Zinfandel" — 12 years ago
dry creek/Grist vineyard smells or orange/toasted oak corn nut but on the back nose. soft, lust, lovely tastes or raspberry VERY BALANCED. nice finish. Food pairing: blue Stilton or any blue, cheddar with some acidity. Grill steak blue cheese mashed potatoes. — 12 years ago
Kent and his daughter Shawna from Rosenbloom wines sold and stared this project. Fruit from Monte Rosso vineyard 108 year old vines. Smells: very famine, no hot nose, maybe a little menthol.
