Let chill for about 30 min before drinking and let it open up in glass for 10 min before tasting. Very interesting nose, light, slightly earthy. On the tongue there is immediate burst of melon / citrus followed by a very light creme brûlée after taste. Very well structured wine. — 9 years ago
Had this with a bbq'd tri-tip. Very nice bottle, cherry, raspberry, and some spice which was nice. I recommend letting this open up for at least 30 min before enjoying. — 10 years ago

Slightly sweet on the nose. Sweet grass and chamomile. Tasted great. Doesn't hit you over the head with sweetness, citrusy and bright. Went well with my bbq sausages and zucchini — 9 years ago
