This seems made for BBQ. Lovely deep ruby. The nose is full of red fruit, smoke and spice. The taste brings out the smoky tobacco and spices. The acidity is moderate, as are the tannins. The balance between them is great. The finish is pleasing, lingering for a bit. — 7 years ago
A wonderful cabernet from WA. Deep ruby in color. The nose is cherry forward, with lots of mellow leather and green plants. The taste has great balance. The acidity gives it a nice brightness that play well off of the tannin, which give a great mouthfeel, not silky but not abrasive. The barrel notes come forward more, leaving a rich flavor that lingers, cooking spices, toasty flavors. This is such a classic Cab, really great drinking — 7 years ago
A really well balanced Chardonnay. The acidity is refreshing and the barrel finish isn’t over powering. — 6 years ago
Great example of OR Pinot. Red fruit, earth, and floral notes abound. Great tartness. Will look for it in the future. — 7 years ago
Hmmm...this wine is bit enigmatic for me. The color is deep ruby and bright. The alcohol moderate. The nose is black fruit centric with spices. The taste is very closed, very initial flavor on the first taste fresh out of the bottle. It takes a few hours for it to really open up. The tannins are pronounced from beginning to end, which gives it good structure. The acidity is moderate, not a flabby wine but seems very dry. The spice and leather flavors eventually come through, and there are some subtle herb notes. — 7 years ago
A very unique GSM blend, heavy on SM. Deep burgundy in color. The blackberry, pepper and green plant notes are pronounced on the nose. The taste is complex, fruit forward, it gives way to a long lasting tannin finish that makes you want to chew. The tannins soften nicely after an hour or so out of the bottle. — 7 years ago
Really amazing Chianti. Lots of red fruit, herbs, soil. Very complex. Great balance. An acidic, medium body wine, with moderate tannins. Finish lingers nicely. — 6 years ago
Nice deep burgundy color. The nose is strong on the cherry with hints of flowers. The taste is fruit forward with good acidity cutting across the palate. The barrel notes come through over time. The tannins are really nice right now, really well balanced with the acidity. Overall, the finish is brief. Would like to see a bit more depth, but great value overall. — 7 years ago
Very solid offering from Gramercy. Deep ruby in color. The nose of fruit forward, with a good amount of spice on top. The taste is tart on front end, gradually transitioning to a very silky finish. The body is moderate, much lighter than many Syrah. Definitely would buy it again. — 7 years ago
