Owl and Crown Cabernet Sauvignon

A wonderful cabernet from WA. Deep ruby in color. The nose is cherry forward, with lots of mellow leather and green plants. The taste has great balance. The acidity gives it a nice brightness that play well off of the tannin, which give a great mouthfeel, not silky but not abrasive. The barrel notes come forward more, leaving a rich flavor that lingers, cooking spices, toasty flavors. This is such a classic Cab, really great drinking
