Feuillate Extra Brut organic. Scooped this up at the Feuillate winery while in France back in September, and waited 6 months to drink it because, reasons.
Medium gold, all pinot noir. Notes of muddled peach and pound cake. Bready and complex and an utter delight.

Pure gold color, heady sweet croissant smell. 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay. Deep, complex flavor, reminds me of lychee and almonds. Yum! — a month ago
Medium gold color, lots of small bubbles. A Brut Champagne from Epernay, France. Peach, buttered toast, and apricot nose. Rich and full. The bottle doesn't specify the blend but I bet heavy (70+%) on the Pinot Noir. Delicious! — 7 months ago
One of the best champagnes I believe I've ever had. Very well balanced, super dry, wonderfully complex. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Stellar, will pick up another bottle for Christmas. — a year ago
Cherry, raspberry, jammy. Bright with almost a tartness on the nose. Good, but little thin and bright for my preference. — 3 months ago
A big, fat, heavy, tannic Cabernet Sauvignon wearing boxing gloves and sporting a championship belt. Incredibly full but well balanced; vanilla, lighter spice, and maybe tobacco... even leaving a hint of sweeter cherry at the end. Happy spring! — 8 months ago
80% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir. Deep gold in color. Noses reminiscent of red berry, brioche, and perhaps apricot? Full and round, and much better than I thought I was in for with a mostly Pinot Meunier blend! — a year ago

Medium heavy, fruity and bold. Great tannins balance the fruit. A classic Cabernet, apparently from the same people that brought us Caymus. — 4 days ago
