We don't normally drink Sauvignon Blanc because we don't like the acidity, but this one fits the bill for us. Light & crisp and well balanced. The citrus doesn't fill your whole mouth like many Sauvignon Blancs do. This was a great pair with a nicely grilled mahi. — 10 years ago
