Nice legs with a deep lush burgundy. Oak, raspberry, leather on nose. Mouthfeel smooth and firm. Taste oak, tannic sour(maybe) acidic, leather, blackberry, dry, black pepper. Good wine at $20. People compare my wine to big cabs all the time and I see why. I think if this aged a couple of more years it would be great. — 7 years ago

Superior mead, fair disclaimer I made it. It’s a subtle sweet mead with a great fruity flavor. Not complicated just well rounded. real fruit used along with higher grade of honey. — 5 years ago

I’m rating it a 8.9 because this was surprise bottle that was recently found but aged too long. Feels like it would have been good in the prime of its life. — 6 years ago

Nice bright wine. Clean nose with citric fruit. Taste is a nice sweetness with acidity to make it complex and enjoyable. Clean taste with a grapefruit/orange bright flavor. Overall it’s a great wine the wife and I can both enjoy. Would love to pair with some good cheese maybe creamy? — 7 years ago
