Great barbera - mid/full-bodied, purple and bright with dark fruits - tinge of plum? Good underlying acidity, so good with the beef — 9 years ago
Not quite singing as much, but the purity and silkiness of texture is signature Bachelet. Needs more time but every element - even the tinge of vanilla - is just well integrated — 9 years ago
Pure, bright, apples, smooth, luscious - first Bouchard and oh so delicious — 9 years ago
Slightly closed now, but still so typical roses and cherries perfume. Soft well-integrated tannins give it good structure. — 9 years ago
Punches way above its weight, such a great burgundy - soft powdery talc on the nose, also on the palate, with a little greenness that's not unpleasant, reminds me of a Duroche '13 Beze - maybe something of the year? It's a beautiful wine — 9 years ago

A bit too green for my liking, lean and very bright high-toned dark fruits. Perhaps needs more time to settle down - very different in profile from the Bachelet Charmes tasted alongside — 9 years ago
