My first Greek wine, the nose was menthol, paraffin, lemon, and green apple. Palate was mild, drinkable but the resin throws it's weight around and ends up unbalancing the wine as a whole. I'm curious if there is any potential for this style of wine to remain balanced and true to its origin. — 8 years ago

Big and bold, this wine packs a punch without a few minutes to relax. After resting this wine is still big but not nearly as forceful. Cherries, plum and cocoa are on the forefront with a solid depth of flavor lingering in the finish. You get a lot of flavor for a very modest price. I'll return to this wine for sure in the future. — 8 years ago
