Red fruit and some earthiness in the nose. Slight tannins. Light acidity. Well balanced and easy to enjoy. Pairing with German roast pork and potatoes and red cabbage. — 7 years ago

Subtle but luscious black fruit and slight oak and earthy notes on the nose. Well balanced but I found it did need to breathe a bit for me to best enjoy. Had a lovely wine and cheese platter for afternoon snack on Christmas Day. Was fun to enjoy these flavors and how they played with various cheeses and antipasto. — 7 years ago
