Golden. Aged for 10 years and it was worth it. I’ve never had any wine that goes this much well with authentic Japanese cuisine as this bottle. I often regret having wine with Japanese foods as sake always outperforms in terms of food pairing, but this wine with this aging is indeed exceptional. — 7 years ago
Really complex character especially in nose. Pepper, dark berries, and サンポール and/or its frequently used scene if you are pairing with Japanese dishes and if you are Japanese. This can age further, may be next 3-5 years. — 7 years ago
