Nose: black pepper, currant. Light-medium bodied. Plum. Shiraz-like. 50/50 merlot/noiret — 10 years ago
A unique wine! Red/white blend- served chilled. It tastes like a fruit-forward White/rose on the palate (cranberry), but finishes like a Cab or Zin. Light spice/pepper/oak. A "real wine" Sangria! — 10 years ago
Nose: blackberry, earthy
Palate: complex, tannins, subtle tart cherry.
Like Frontenac. Would pair well w/ steak. Allow some time to open up! More complexity and flavor the day after opening — 10 years ago
No nose. Little Oaky but not buttery. Green apple, little sour. No pissy taste. — 10 years ago
