Little bit of that barnyard funk on the nose, but a very nice expression of French Syrah (at least I think that's what this is predominately, although I'm imagine there are other grapes mixed in). Not overpowering -- as some syrahs can be -- nicely balanced, and still a lot of life in this. — 7 years ago
