Chablis 2023. Nose: Lemon, thyme. Taste: Lemon, mineral. Very good white wine, I enjoyed how it wasn’t overly sweet and had lots of mineral to it. — 2 months ago

Barbaresco 2017. Very interesting taste; I got a little bit of smoke and maybe tobacco? Nose: ripe cherry, ripe plum. Taste: ripe cherry, smoked wood? Would definitely try again in maybe another vintage (younger?) — a month ago

Barbera 2002. Nose: Cherry, moss. Taste: ripe cherry, earthy funk almost. I don’t think I’ve ever tasted anything like this but I really enjoyed. I feel like through the earthiness you can really taste the age of the wine. Overall really enjoyed and curious about trying more barbera. — 22 days ago
