Crisp Pinot from Mendocino County. Was hoping for stronger oak/toast notes; nonetheless, easy to drink and goes well with veggies. Smooth finish. Paired it tonight with sautéed sweet potato noodles in honor of my somewhat delusional goal for a healthier 2017. — 8 years ago
