Delicious. Tannins soft but not flabby, beautiful nose of red berries. Just enough tartness to balance the fruit. Lovely with turkey meatballs and Norwegian cranberry sauce. — 5 years ago

I find the 2012 is holding up well. Earthiness to the nose but the initial flavor burst is rich cherries. Stayed on the palate. Might deserve a higher rating but I rarely drink more expensive Chianti so lack a comparable. Lovely with an English cheddar on a rainy early Fall evening. — 4 years ago
