High in acidity!! Bright, fresh fruit!! Such a bright and fresh taste. I am drinking it without pairing it with food but I would drink it with a light veggie meal. Lovely wine!! — 9 years ago

Lovely!! I drink a half glass during my garden work and thought it was a perfect wine for the occasion. I taste fresh fruit with a nice acidic balance. It reminds me of an Albariño that I had a few months ago. It's a bit expensive for an everyday wine for my budget. I can imagine pairing it with a mild fish, salsa or rice dish. I am a vegetarian :-)

Dry with cherries and licorice. I rarely pair my wine with food but I think this would go well with steak. I rarely eat steak but after tasting this wine, I just had a thought about a nice medium rare filet mignon. — 9 years ago
