Pencil lead, iron minerality, bit fuller body than some other chinon I've had. Delicious. Needs liver.

Crunchy tart cranberries are up front and center while a sliver of heirloom tomato essence provides some balanced acidity& another welcomed dimension. A brisk & bright Cabernet Franc!

Clay pot, bright raspberries, red bellpepper, some basil, red cherries, light tannin firm acid light alcohol (12%). It's not thin, just a bit too fruity but love everything else
