This bottle was a gift from my girlfriend’s sister when I visited them in Verona. A phenomenal wine that I drank back in Edmonton after a date and transported me back to the wonderful nights and the awkward encounters. I recommend Italy over the wine but that being said... if you can’t get to Italy, have Italian wine in our arctic climes... — 6 years ago

This is the cab sauv, not the merlot. I couldn’t find the correct one… anyhow, good value wine. Traded a shelving unit for a bottle… was hoping for a better bottle in return but this will do. Pairs nicely with a Ted bundy documentary. — 3 years ago

Not the right name... having trouble finding these 3 euro bottles on this site... anyhow, delicious and dry and consumed on an empty stomach on a balcony in Lagos, Portugal. The wind was strong and the company was great. This was the fifth or sixth Portuguese bottle we’ve had since I arrived yesterday afternoon. Time for dinner and another bottle or two of something new. I believe in heaven again... pairs well with a 3 euro price tag. — 6 years ago

Meh… certainly not my favourite. Should have got the cab sauv or Malbec. Tastes off… although I just spent the day travelling from kingston so it could be me. I won’t buy this one again. Too many in the price range I like better🤷🏻‍♀️ — 4 years ago

‘Get yourself a nice bottle of wine to cheer you up’ they said. They were right. Good label, dry and robust... hopefully it helps me sleep but it’s too early for that! ‘Another cigarette, perhaps?’ They asked... I answered in the affirmative. We’ll see where this rainy night goes. Good thing I have several cheaper bottles to dip into if the need arises... who am I kidding? The need just arose! Pairs well with writing an essay (not this essay, an actual school essay) and cool, rainy June nights. — 6 years ago
