Had higher expectations, but ended up very pleased none the less. Aroma reminds of geuze and other lambics. Sour apples, wool, grain, burnt sugar and oak. Suprisingly sweet finish, but a very nice acidity. Paired with scallops. Worked wonders. — 9 years ago
