While I’m attempting to broaden my wine palette I was told to try a Riesling! This was a great transitional wine for me. Very fruity... peachy... starts out dry with a wonderful sweet crisp ending. The crisp ending was unexpected but welcomed. The 10.5% alcohol was a little low for my spectrum but this was very refreshing for a day on the beach with the ladies. — 7 years ago

An awesome transitional wine for a sweet red lover as myself! Heavy, very fruity (mostly cherry). Also a nice spice to finish. We did a pairing of this with red velvet cake and that was amazing! If you’re a sweet red lover looking to merge or open your palettes this is good! Not to mention the 13.7% alcohol is a crowd pleaser — 7 years ago

Well well well what in the bargain wine do we have here! I picked this up because it fits in the budget and meets a pretty good alcohol percentage for a single mom! A whole 8 bucks! Surprisingly this is absolutely delicious! Def a sweet red like I adore and I love the heavy lingering taste! If you’re looking for a sweet red with a nice buzz here’s your girl! They call her bald head red! — 7 years ago

It’s Hump day and I grabbed this while quickly running down the vino aisle in Kroger in between dropping one kid off to cheer practice and the next off to basketball. I wanted to try something new (triggered by my new love for this app after being put on by an awesome podcast bad and boozy). I’m def a sweet red type of girl and this was on my want list after reading some reviews for a cheap thrill! If you are in between sweet and dry reds this is def your match. I love sweet so this is far enough from a dry wine but too bodied to be a sweet desert wine. Of course the sweet meter on the back said sweet, but when are those things ever accurate. This 12% of greatness is best served chilled in my opinion! If you’re looking for that after dinner sweet drink this may not be what you’re looking for, but it’s def worth trying! Did I mention the 1.5L cost 9.99 😱 I’ll keep it in my rotation from time to time! — 7 years ago
