Paired with a nice grilled lamb chop with demi glace and sauteed spinach. Good balance of acidity but enhancing smokiness of the med grilled lamb chop. Floral light red slight slight hints of tart cherry. Pared with a Sriracha pulled pork pizza at Roots Homemade Pizza Lincoln Square Chicago. Spiciness & smoky flavors of pulled pork enhanced the gentle flavors of this wine. If you like bolder full bodied wines this may not sustain enough of a lingering finish for your taste buds.
