Spicy for a French wine, almost as delicious the second time around, was not a good match with pasta and tomato sauce (better with risotto) — 9 years ago
Has hints of chocolate and fruit (more chocolate than anything else), distinct flavor but not too strong, goes down smooth (finished the bottle on a school night which is rare!) — 9 years ago

Bitter taste, slightly fruity, not one of my favorites, could have been influenced by our dinner choice (fettuccine alfredo), Laura noticed a hint of blackberries, somewhat better on the second taste but ultimately we chose not to finish the bottle — 9 years ago
Michael Palermo
Something in it tastes of vanilla, primarily a dark, fruity flavor, technically a red blend but 50% Malbec and it's definitely one of the better Malbecs, because it's a blend it's not too sweet, almost chocolatey — 9 years ago
