It's difficult to put words to the silky yet gritty mouth feel of this wine, it's the pinnacle of complex textures. Some truly unique (pleasant) aromas also, we (a group of professionals who drink wine) all agreed that it reminded us of a middle aged pony dressed in leather and left out in the rain with nothing to eat but a packet of old California raisins. Divine!
