Very nice cab. Strong bouquet, but a nice mellowing with a Venturi. Good spice and good fruit. Very even on the pallet.

Fun stories behind the " True Myth" wines. This cab was full bodied, grippy tannins, slight pepper and smoke. Would pair great with a hearty, heavy protein dish.
