Here are my tasting notes for this wine:

Visual: Clear with a great pink hue, strong legs.
Nose: Strawberries and hints of sweetness
Body: Light
Palate: Strawberries and melon. Very little residual sugar.

How to serve: Best Served chilled, Can be at room temperature.

Overall: Good wine that has very little residual sugar. Flavors of strawberries and melons.  This is a well balanced wine that would be good cold or at room temperature. Light fruity almost effervescent. Very versatile wine. Light fruity almost effervescent.

Pairing Notes: Pairs with cocktail shrimp, creamy cheeses, spicy cheeses, meats, fresh fruits, spinach dips, and crab dip.

Tasting Hillside Wines Juggernaut and paired it with dark chocolate. This is an amazing combination, That allowed the chocolate to enhance the wine by brining the dark fruits to the forefront. It has a smooth finish and pairs well with dark mint chocolate as well. Enjoy!! — 3 years ago

Here are my tasting notes for this wine:

Alcohol Content 13.5%

Cork Rotating Closure

Visual: Clear with a golden hue, legs are defined

Nose: Honeysuckle, with hints of stone fruits

Body: Balanced, light to medium body

Palate: Balanced acidity, with fruit forward, hints of melon and peach.

How to serve: Best served chill

Overall: Good wine, balanced with notes of stone fruits and melons on the nose and palate, refreshing on a hot summer day.

Pairing Notes: Would pair well with a fruit tray, green and red grapes, melon, honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple, and strawberries. White or yellow cheddar, gouda, goat cheese, muenster, and/or brie would also go very well with this wine. Ham, turkey, cold cuts, and olives are also a good choice.

This wine is dry with a medium to fill body. It is unbalanced with acidity with a medium finish. The aromas are dark fruit, oak, and smoky. With the pallet it's chewy with the flavor of cherries and baking spices. Enjoy!! — 3 years ago

This red blend consists of 32% Malbec, 32% Zinfandel, 25% Merlot, 6% PV ( Petit Verdot),and 5% Riesling… but, you can get this from the label. If you like reds that has a medium body, but a full flavor then this wine is for you. The wine has traits from all five(5) grape varietal’s. Share with friends or maybe keep this one to yourself. ENJOY! — 3 years ago

7.9

Here are my tasting notes for this wine:
Alcohol Content 13.9%
Cork Type: Synthetic
Tasting Notes:
Visual: Dark with clear body, and strong legs
Nose: Acid forward with hints of Blackcurrant, fig, and vanilla
Body: Medium Body
Pallet: Light acidity, chewy flat finish.

Overall: Ok wine but lacking in acidity balance on nose and palate. With the medium body it's not like a typical Malbec from Argentina. It's lacking in the finish.

Pairing Notes: Hard or soft cheeses like, cheddar, swiss, gouda, havarti, goat cheese, brie, and garlic & black pepper. Fresh fruits, grapes(green or red), strawberries, kiwi, mango, or pineapples.
