Loved it- floral, chocolates with lovey oak in the back. If Aglianico take 10 yrs to open then this was beautifully open. The acidity was still alive but not grating. Dark fruits- cooked, secondary aromas of oak, spice and vanilla. The tannins feel integrated but still have a way to go. Beautiful wine. — 8 years ago

Completely different to the first Taurasi we had. This was masculine and robust. Tannins and chocolate, leather, coffee and toast. The fruit had receded to the background but was present. I prefer the first one but this wasn't bad at all. — 8 years ago
