Translucide a l'œil mais bouche très concentrée et épicée (Cayenne, petit piment rouge), cerise rouge acide et canneberge. Acidité moyenne.
Nez de rhubarbe intense, très mure.

Off dry style. Deep pomegranate color, fizz steadily fast (medium speed), medium concentration of bubbles, medium viscosity (for sparkling wine).
Nose ripe of pommegranate, dark berries (cherries). In the palae mousse in pretty integrated to the wine (narrow cork similar to a min 3 years old disgorgement). Tannins matching intensity of berries aromas. Great acidity. Medium-bodied (+). Pas mal for juicy red meat, semi-soft cheese like zimbro. — 10 years ago

Deep gold color with delicate bubbles visually. Fresh Nose, gingerbread, slightly maderized. Bone dry palate, still pretty lively, great acidity finished with ROH, though the mousse is integrated into the wine. Aromas similar Tobias with bouillon cube flavor. Medium bodied.
