The 2018 hooker creek has strong notes of plum and subtle cardamom. Medium-high in tannins, it’s great to drink now or cellar for a few years. — 2 years ago
High acidity and citrus notes in this pale Pinot rose. Sublte minty aftertaste. Refreshing and soft on the palate, it’s a very approachable and delicious summer wine. — 2 years ago
Balanced Zinfandel with strong notes of pepper and red fruit, mostly cherry. It’s balanced and enjoyable now, but it will definitely hold good for a few years. Very good! — 2 years ago
The 2012 Monte Bello has had time to open and develop and it’s now perfect for drinking. It can still hold good for another 10 or more years, but it’s reached it’s prime. Plenty of aroma and flavor, with plum and fig dominating, flavors from the cask (mostly wood and subtle smoke) and some black fruit. A delicious wine, very expensive but still worth the price. — 2 years ago
Zinfandel blend with complex aromas. Notes of blackcurrant, cherry, tobacco and black pepper. Not your usual Zinfandel, with a lot of aging potential. — 2 years ago
Very good rosé for a hot day. Light in the mouth but bursts with fruity flavors and notes of rose. It is delicious and very approachable, perfect to drink this year. — 2 years ago
Very elegant cab blend (88% cab), combining grapes from several vines in Monte Bello. High tannins and lot of potential to age. Notes of plum and cherry, blackberry and forest floor. After opening the aromas are very strong and consistent, a delicious Cabernet. — 2 years ago
The 2019 has had some time to develop and it’s ready to drink now, but it can benefit from 2 years in cellar. Notes of cherry and blueberry, very subtle smoky aftertaste. Very strong aroma, that translates nicely on the palate. — 2 years ago
Very delicate and balanced wine, with a strong personality. Subtle notes of pomegranate, grass and citrus, well balanced acidity and sweetness. It could be cellared for 1-4 years, perfectly enjoyable now. — 2 years ago

Mountain Zinfandel is truly a crowd pleaser. High aromas of red fruit, plum and caramel that translate in the palate. Short finish, slightly boozy but we’ll balanced with the acidity. This is a great deal of a Zin that can be enjoyed by itself or with some cured meat or steak. — 2 years ago
