Multiple layers of taste. Real silky tanning. Round, full bodied. — 7 years ago
Great example for a balanced, non buttery Napa Valley Chardonnay. Signature note of almond, golden apples and kiwi. Not much of pear, although that was in the menu. This is a wine of elegance. — 2 years ago
Light gold color, just as its grapes. Medium dry, medium-light body with a signature mineral finish. Citrus, peach, and clementines. My first taste of furmint and it reminds me much of Riesling. — 2 years ago
Full of meyers lemon, aromatic, sec, best to go with steamed seafood especially white meat fish like cod. A bit of French oak which was confirmed by our sommelier. The batch is in barrel for about over a year. — 2 years ago
Nice easy Pinot Grigio for dinner of two. Agreed with medium dry, recognizable honey at first smell, followed by lemon. — 5 years ago

I had the 2019 Carbnet, and yes it needs to wait at least 30 to 40 minutes to open up. Tobacco stands out immediately for sure. You can taste leather, tar, black pepper, and cassis. The ‘16, ‘17, ‘18 make a good collection to keep for true wine hobbyists. — 2 years ago
