Wasn't a huge fan for the first 10 minutes or so. Although the nose is big with black cherry, the earthiness was very pronounced. As I let it sit for a while it started to mellow out and became very juicy. I feel like I want a nice fat steak with this now! I'm gonna let it breathe for an hour and see if anything new shows up.
